Casa Aerie – Beach Days, Rooftop Nights

Casa Aerie is a modern, second-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath private oceanview villa located 2 blocks from the main street and 2 ½ blocks from the beach in the town of San Pancho. It’s well furnished with local woodwork & art and comfortable places to relax.
You can enjoy the view from your private 2nd-floor balcony seating area, or there is a very private, very large ocean view patio area with a table, chairs, umbrella, and loungers on the third-floor rooftop.

It’s located close to everything including restaurants, shops, cafes, nightlife, and a grocery store. There are several very good restaurants within a four-block radius. As we are located on (at times) a very lively corner, you are within a one-block radius of an artisanal beer cerveceria, sports bar, and hot dog stand.
The entire villa gets lots of light and great airflow, with large windows and an open floor plan.
There are ceiling fans throughout, and an A/C in each bedroom.
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing full meals.
The King and Queen beds are comfortable, with very nice linens and bedding.
There is a closet washer/dryer just inside the front door. Beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, and a cooler are available for your use.


Please note:

You are in the middle of a lively little Mexican town and there will be noise. Most nights San Pancho quiets down pretty early and mornings are mostly quiet except for the roosters. (Early morning coffee on the rooftop is a guest favorite).

Our bedrooms are well insulated. The white noise machines and the noise of the fans and AC units in the bedrooms help quite a bit, but there will be noise - cars, music, roosters, etc. That is part of the experience of staying anywhere in San Pancho.
