Horrible experience! I reserved and paid for this property six months prior to arrival. The host accepted my rental request and payment. I received notifications from Vrbo letting me know that my rental is coming up. I received no communications from the host and when I showed up at the security gate, the security guard reached out to the host and he claimed that he had not accepted the VRBO reservation and I then found out that he had rented out all three of his properties in the development to a larger group leaving my group with nothing at all. The weekend we were staying at this property is very popular and everything else in town was sold out. It was a very stressful situation! Just be very careful and make sure that your listing is confirmed with the host before doing anything with this particular property.
