The comfortably furnished house, which will delight you with its rustic charm, extends over 2 floors and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. All rooms on this floor have glass doors leading out onto the terrace. In the souterrain there is a large room with an imperial table and a fireplace that can be used for a barbecue. On this floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Facilities of the child-friendly accommodation also include Wi-Fi, a cable TV and 4 parking spaces. On the terrace surrounding the house and in the large fenced garden you can enjoy relaxing holidays amid nature and with stunning views. The nearest beach and numerous restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance, San Felice del Benaco with shopping facilities and other amenities is 5 minutes by car.
