Check in person was wonderful and sweet! Room was clean BUT the bed was uncomfortable and hard and pillow not good, bedding was pilling. Also very thin walls - we heard the TV next room and the music on the middle of the night.

The first room had roaches. The bed frame had flimsy metal surrounding it. When touched, it made a annoying super loud noise. They switched us rooms. Only complaint about that room, the shower head shot straight to the back wall and couldn't be adjusted. Water went all over the place and outside of tub.

This review is for the staff, they are always friendly efficent and helpful. My room had a problem: strange noises in the wall all night (not their fault), and they addressed it right away. My previous review mentions that. I stay here often, and just happened to get a bad room
