GC0261 Holiday cottage with private pool in San Bartolomé

Escape to the heart of the Barranco de Tirajana and discover a holiday home that preserves the essence of traditional Canarian architecture. Access is via a picturesque 50-metre path lined with olive trees, almond trees, and palm trees, hinting at the close connection with nature that awaits you.

The house, originally north-facing, is centered around a charming inner courtyard with a traditional Canarian overhang. Rooms are connected through this space, adding authenticity and serenity. It features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a cosy living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and an additional bathroom.

Outside, enjoy a private terrace, barbecue area, and a pool with a sun deck overlooking the ravine. Note: due to its orientation, the pool area receives limited sunlight near the winter solstice, ideal for those seeking coolness and shade.

Just 3 km away lies Santa Lucía, a charming village perfect for experiencing local life. Parking is 200 metres away, and the last 50 metres involve a slight descent — a small effort that leads to the restful escape you've been seeking.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

2/10 Terrible
