The icing on the cake of this wonderful chalet, is its wonderful rooftop solarium with breathtaking views over the sea and the dunes, the sun shines long ours all day, so you can just sit back and relax watching the sunset at this idyllic setting.

You will feel overwhelmed as you enter the house since the very first thing to your sight is the sea and the dunes.

To top it off, we have its great private pool (heatable surcharge) surrounded by a large terrace that goes all around the house and it is equipped with sunbeds, a BBQ and an outdoors dining area perfect for meals while gazing the beach and enjoying the seabreeze.

Chalet Golden Sahara has 3 bedrooms 2 with doubled beds and 1 with two single beds and air conditioning in all of them, 2 bathrooms with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and washing machine.

The living room will delight you with its Smart TV, free internet connection on the property and a comfortable sofa with Chaise Longue for 3 people will make you feel like home, only better!

The direct access to the beach is only 200 meters away from the house and there is also a private parking place with capacity for one vehicle. This house is recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Only 10 minutes walk from Playa del Ingles or across the dunes to the sea. This property is located in a very quiet, yet lively area, very close to shops, restaurants, and shopping centres. Everything you might need is just a few steps away, you will be able to enjoy peace and comfort on a very special holiday. This area is very well connected to other resorts such as Maspalomas, San Agustin, Meloneras or Mogan. It is few minutes away by car, but you can also go by bus or taxi.

Enjoy the privilege of living in a protected natural park unique in the world, living just in front of the dunes comes with great views and lots of sand! but you won't have to worry about that since the terraces and swimming pool are cleaned 3 times a week. The services included in the price are:
Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 800 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
This property does not accept pets.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
