Great potential, fell short.
Stayed 2 nights. Overall appearance and bathrooms and kitchen clean. Carpet needs replaced immediately. Disgusting. Pillows need replaced, checked under pillow cases they were yellow and had water damage. Baseboards not cleaned. Ceiling patches in kitchen covering up wet sheetrock. Just textured over. As a contractor by profession, left mold covered, not painted. Sink crooked in half bath, roaches present. Back poarch rotting and dangerous. Front yard needs grass planted, makes property appear unkept and all dirt. Need foundation attention as front brick cracking. Place needs a remodel to recieve a 5 atar. Company great, communication great, in and out great. Overall property condition poor.

The neighborhood of this home is older and not well cared for. The home was very basic and with limited resources and needs a refresh. The home is just not a welcoming place to hang out in inside or out. Several towels were not clean and it would be nice to have more available. The main floor couch is not very comfortable to sit on. The carpet and flooring is old and not one you want to walk barefoot on. We were ok because we were barely there, but it was disappointing to share the space with extended family. Pros-The beds were relatively comfortable. The A/C worked great.
