Beautiful renovated private two bedroom Townhouse in Leon Springs TX. Bright, comfortable and totally private loft apartment in a two-family house. Easy 5 minute ride to shopping and HEB Grocery.

- Bedroom #1 - big, bright bedroom with large windows, King size bed, dresser, closet and air conditioner in summer

- Bedroom #2 - cozy bedroom with Queen bed and dresser, air conditioner in summer

- 🔴 Your Airbnb accommodates 4 guests, up to 6 guests with an optional Queen air mattress (air pump included) with sheets and linens as well as 2 pillows- you may set up in king bedroom or downstairs- comes unsetup - must notify at time of booking.

Very nice place

It was very clean, organized, and close to the location where my wife and I were meeting. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom duplex, and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet Retreat

The property was exactly as pictured online. It was what we needed. We stayed for a few weeks until we closed on our house. There was enough space for us to stretch out instead of being crammed into a small hotel room. We also appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer. We loved the neighborhood. Even though there were no sidewalks we were able to walk the dogs and everyone was very friendly and gave us plenty of space on the road. There are deer everywhere. During our walks we'd encounter small groups of them. A few times they even came up to the big picture window to look in on us. Dave thought of all of the creature comforts. I was able to work from home easily. We enjoyed the scenic views. He included directions to popular locations. We were close to grocery and restaurants and not that far from the city. Dave responded to any questions we had promptly. He was very flexible when we had to extend our stay due to unexpected delays and was even considerate of our needs before booking another guest after us. Overall our experience was very positive.

I enjoyed my stay

The rental was lovely, my stay was very peaceful including the young deer that came to visit. The only problem was the ongoing road construction going on in Boerne at that time. It created problems for my GPS upon arriving. Hopefully it will be completed soon. Shopping & restaurants were close by.

Great place away from the big city

We had some great family time at this property! It was away from the big city, but we could drive to different attractions within 30 min! We enjoyed the deck and watching the hummingbirds! 👍🏻

Very nice place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at this location , it’s not that far from down town but in the country. Quiet! My only complaint was the crouch had an oder and I’m not good with smells. It however didn’t bother my husband, I just spent my time upstairs which was very relaxing.
