The location was great, the house itself was really nice. However, the host completely ignored my need to check out a day early, even though I requested in through the VRBO communication tool before the change cut off date (2 days prior to the cut off( and talked to a VRBO representative chat. So, I ended up paying for a night that we did not stay there.
