Ideally located near VALLON PONT D'ARC. Very beautiful point of view on the river "l'Ardeche".
This house was completely renovated. Area very peaceful.
You will enjoy the river in any way you please (swimming, boating or fishing) from this wonderful location. Hiking and biking are also extremely pleasant. From the top of the Sampzon Rock, you will enjoy an amazing view over the surrounding contryside and you will go for many a pleasant walk downhill.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Lovely house en very Nice view

The homeowners are so kind! The House is at a beautiful location, but some things are very old in the cabin and what on the small side of 7 people is great, you can always sit outside. Compliments to the fine reception with a treat from the Ardeche and the hospitality!

Very nice house in calm surroundings and an astonishing view.

It shows that André France wants to receive his guests in a house where everything is in order. The house is correctly equipped and wonderfully located facing the valley. The nice big covered terrasse can be used for eating all meals outside. The garden is nice, and gives the children lots of possibilities for having fun. There are lots of nice places to see for any taste; and going down the Ardeche river by caone or kayak and pass under the amazing Pont d'Arc is a must. We gladly recommend this house!

Wunderschöner Ort um zu Entspannen mit schöner Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und unser Hund hat sich im eingezäunten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir fanden, dass das Gebäude sich nicht so sehr aufgewärmt hat und es immer sehr angenehme Temperaturen innen hatte. Der Check In lief unkompliziert und wir wurden mit Gastgeschenken aus der Region begrüßt 😊 in vollen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne nochmal zu Besuch.

Dès le matin, commencer la journée avec le soleil levant devant nos fenêtres c’est vraiment magnifique L’Ardèche est une belle découverte pour nous randonneurs, et amateurs de sport en famille comme le canoë juste à côté de la location ainsi que l’accrobranche à quelques minutes en voiture.

La maison est bien située. On a une vue magnifique sur l’ensemble de la région de Vallon. La rivière est proche (30 min à pied) mais elle se mérite car ça grimpe dur quand on doit retourner à la location 😋. Une climatisation serait vraiment la bienvenue.

Hübsches Haus in guter Lage

Auf mittlerer Höhe zum Fels von Sampzon gelegen mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Ardeche. Haus mit einer Ost- und einer Westterrasse, jeweils überdacht, so dass man je nach Wetter aussuchen kann, wo man sitzen mag. Komplett eingezäunter Garten - prima für unsere Hunde. Komplett ausgestattete Küche. Im Außenbereich ist ein Gasgrill vorhanden. Das Haus wärmt sich tagsüber stark auf, wobei wir allerdings für Juni auch durchgehend sehr hohe Temperaturen hatten. Ventilatoren sind aber ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr guter Standort für Wanderungen in der Nähe, wie z.B. Cirque de Gens oder Montagne de Sable. Auch das Museum "Chauvet 2" oder der Pont d'Arc sind keine 10 Kilometer entfernt. Am Fuß des Felsens kleiner, aber gut ausgestatter Mini-Markt. Großer Super-U in 5 Kilometer Entfernung in Ruoms. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und extrem schnelle Antworten. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Très bien située, superbe vue

Cette location est très bien située. Au calme avec une superbe vue. Accessibilité facile à de nombreux sites et balades en peu de temps. Les deux terrasses sont vraiment agréables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés par les très sympathiques propriétaires.
