I had an excellent experience at this hotel. I was assigned a room that had some traffic noise. I need total quiteness. They immediately moved me to a different room that was very quite. In doing so they upgraded my room without any extra cost. In many other ways the staff fully satissfied me whenever I needed anything. Highly recommended.
