Newer, and modern home features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, private yard with security wall, washer/dryer, pool house, outdoor shower and locked gates. Sleeps 1-6 with king, queen, (w/twin trundle), beds and a futon/couch (full). Enjoy the covered patio while watching birds and monkeys in the jungle beyond. Conveniently located a short walk or bike to town and Playa Sámara.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Tropical Paradise with a Relaxing Pool

Our recent stay in this Samara Rican property was fantastic! The house is spacious, stylish, and well-equipped, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The highlight was undoubtedly the covered patio and refreshing pool. The location is ideal, with beautiful beaches and local attractions nearby. The property manager was incredibly helpful, meeting us and quickly answering questions. Like most of CR, there were daily construction noises from a nearby development, it was a minor inconvenience that didn't significantly impact our overall enjoyment. We left with unforgettable memories and would gladly return for another stay. Highly recommended!
