The Cottage was reinvented from a cabin that stood from the 40’s to compliment and extend the Ranch House. Includes 1 queen size bedroom that opens out onto the deck viewing up and down the river, 1 king size bedroom that views the beautiful gardens of my grandmother, 1 bathroom with roll in shower and block glass wall that bathes you in the morning light, furnished kitchen overlooking river, breakfast bar, Dining room table for 4, Direct TV , Indoor & outdoor towels and robes, Outdoor seating on all deck and pool area, outdoor dining tables along with use of the Infinity Pool and Jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the Trinity River are shared with The Ranch house, Outdoor bar-be-que, relaxing lawns and gardens to enjoy. Handicap accessible.

Relaxing and scenic view along the Trinity River

Beautiful, expansive farm property in a quiet river valley, with a nice history. The cottage is well cared for and everything was in good working order. There is a shaded deck with a relaxing, commanding view of the river. Loved picking fresh blackberries from the nearby field!
