Getting to the beach will be quick and safe using the neighborhood access just 450 feet away. Back at the house, the outdoor fun will continue around the clock with a fabulous private pool and 7-person hot tub. Enjoy the salt air and ocean breezes from four levels of decking - a total of 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space. In addition to the east decks with ocean views, Grey Pearl Villa offers multiple west-facing decks for watching the sunsets over the sound and wildlife reserve. Inside, you'll have a whopping 6,400 square feet of living space - plenty of room for multiple or extended families to share. Eight bedrooms, each with ensuite baths, will give everyone in your group their own private retreat. When it's time to gather, choose from the main living area or massive rec room - there's certainly no shortage of opportunities to hang out and make memories. After a day at the beach or exploring Hatteras Island, come home and relax in the open-concept great room with panoramic views of the ocean. Meal prep can be a family affair in the brand new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a Thor range. After dinner, head upstairs and let the good times roll in the top-level party room. The entire fourth floor is dedicated to this expansive entertainment space, furnished with a pool table, pub tables, seating and the best ocean view in the house. Downstairs, watch the big game or host a movie night in the den with comfortable seating and a large TV. Prepare your concessions using the kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. Grey Pearl Villa features an elevator, ideal for guests with mobility issues. Skip the stairs and use it to send luggage and groceries to the upper levels. One of the two king suites on the ground level includes a private bath with roll-in shower. Bed and bath linens are always included at no extra charge, and the beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases prior to your arrival. Grey Pearl Villa is situated at the southern end of Salvo, where the pristine beaches are wide and uncrowded. While the location is ideal for guests looking for a remote and natural setting, it's still just a four-minute drive from grocery and convenience stores, watersports, surf and fishing shops, delis, casual dining and take-out options. Be sure to set aside a day for a trip to Cape Hatteras, where you can climb the lighthouse, go driving on the beach, or hop on a ferry to Ocracoke. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. This is a beautifully decorated house near the beach with plenty of room for our group of 11. The entire upper floor served as a dedicated entertainment space, featuring couches, a TV, a pool table, games, puzzles and even a desk.Each floor has front and back balconies with gorgeous ocean views. Every bedroom includes an en suite, and the elevator was especially helpful for elderly guests and for transporting luggage.The kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and serving ware. The property also features a spacious pool, hot tub, and two outdoor charcoal grills.A gas grill would be a more convenient option, and periodic cleaning under the beds would be appreciated.The host was very responsive and fixed a reported loose cabinet door within hours. I would definitely consider renting this property again.
