BLUE HOUSE, 300 METERS FROM THE "MALDIVES OF SALENTO" BEACH

BLUE Residential, inaugurated in 2019 consisting of 8 terraced houses at 300 meters. from the "Maldive del Salento" beach. On 2 levels, with a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a furnished garden. CHECK-IN: SATURDAY or SUNDAY (July and August weekly), for the other months check-in / out in any day.
Open from April to October with rent also 10 days. and for couples of friends the possibility of having adjacent villas for holidays together but in total privacy.

The house is arranged on two levels: one semi-raised where there is the living area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living room, with a sofa that converts into a double bed and a bathroom with services. The sleeping area is accessed by going down the internal stairs, where there are 2 large double bedrooms, with windows and French doors, one with access to the outdoor shower (hot / cold) and 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.
In both areas, night and day there is common air conditioning.
Each villa has a private garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue ideal for spending your summer evenings outdoors. Parking place outside.

1 kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and equipped for dining (pots, dishes, etc.)
1 living room with 40 '' color TV and sofa bed

Each customer will be greeted with a small welcome kit.

The tourist tax is not included but to be paid on arrival -
Animals are welcome, however, the structure must always be warned of their presence, in some cases a surcharge is required (50.00 euros) for specific final cleaning.
