Foi um boa estádia! Poderia ser bem melhor, entendo que é um hotel antigo que até tiveram algumas reformas. O rede de esgoto do banheiro tem um odor forte, incomoda um pouco. Como fiquei uma diária foi bem tranquilo para mim. Não tive problemas. Café da manhã é bom.

O hotel tem uma estrutura boa, estão reformando algumas áreas. Limpo, a piscina é ótima, tem um restaurante no hotel com preços bons no cardápio. Só não gostei porque de manhã cedo, acordei com muito barulho do pessoal da obra, achei falta de respeito. Café da manhã mediano.

Ótimo custo benefício

Pontos positivos: lugar bonito, piscina aquecida, limpeza dos quartos, localização, café da manhã é bom, funcionários educados e prestativos, quarto amplo, lanchonete do hotel é excelente. Pontos negativos: falta de uma sacada para secar roupa, banheiro pequeno, muitos mosquitos no quarto (precisamos comprar um rayd), travesseiros muito desconfortáveis baixos e firmes (não tem outra opção para substituição no hotel).

Horrível!!! Nunca mais vou!

A estadia com minha família é mais 2 famílias de amigos no Miola hotel (antigo Flórida inn) em Porto Seguro foi horrível!!! Acredito que o hotel não tenha condições de receber tantos hóspedes na época de alta temporada! Ficamos 9 dias, destes os 4 primeiros dias foram os horríveis, até nos trocarem de quarto, foi quando ficou menos pior! Nos primeiros dias tivemos que tomar banho frio ou gelado! Ninguém do hotel soube nos dar uma resposta correta do que estava acontecendo! Eles nem sequer se combinavam de omitir a real situação (cada funcionário dava uma desculpa diferente) e era isso que nos deixava mais raiva! Limpeza do quarto, deixa avós a chave para limpar e trocar toalha e isso não acontecia! Quando chegávamos bem à noite ainda estava tudo sujo e toalhas molhadas! Aconteceu 3x em 9 dias!!! A água quente (quando aparecia) era muito fedida!!! No quarto tinha tintas da parede do teto estufada, mofada acredito que por conflita de goteira não resolvida! Por fim, o café da manhã era muito bom. Servido de 7 às 10 e mesa e suco sempre fartos até o último hóspedes, e nunca faltou nada!

No site as fotos são lindas, o hotel vende uma coisa e na realidade é bem diferente, muito ruim. Reservei o quarto luxo, que de luxo não tem nada. Gesso do teto caindo os farelos, pia muito alta péssima pra criança utilizar, funcionários nem um pouco simpáticos. Tivemos que subir escadas com malas grandes e pesadas sem nenhum funcionário nos ajudar, não tem rampas que poderia facilitar o acesso. Conversei com a recepcionista sobre as condições do quarto e ela simplesmente riu e disse que não podia fazer nada. Não recomendo esse hotel, decepcionante a experiência.

Carece um pouco mais de cuidado !

Local simples , mas bom ! Porém , já cheguei na recepção não constava as duas resevaas que havia feito . Descobrimos na hora que estávamos em hotéis separados . Mas conseguiram nos mandar para outro hotel da msm rede que é o vila miolo . Enfim , achei bastante desorganizado , e limpeza também não foi boa !

Não limparam o quarto no último dia, as toalhas no primeiro dia era uma toalha branca padrão do quarto luxo, a partir do segundo dia uma toalha simples, piscina suja por cair algo das árvores, enfim, não foi legal.
