This charming two bedroom, one bath cottage is on Historic Smith Hill across and up the tracks from Historic Downtown Saluda. It was one of the houses featured in two different house tours of Saluda. It has a cute kitchen, and a living room w/ pull out couch. There is a king bed in master and full bed in second BR. All hardwood floors and walls. There is a W/D unit. There is a detached deck for outside sitting. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, no "partiers" or smokers, four night minimum.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.
