Located on the 4th floor with an elevator for easy access, this condo boasts an open floor plan that offers beautiful ocean and pool views from the living area, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Step out onto the furnished covered porch from both the dining area and master bedroom for a refreshing breeze.

Amenities include WiFi, central air and heat, a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and washer/dryer. Enjoy your favorite shows on 3 flat-screen cable TVs.

The Summer Winds complex features an array of family-friendly amenities, including 3 outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and grilling areas. Don’t miss Ginger's Café at the base of Building A, offering delicious meals and family activities throughout the summer. For indoor fun, the Sports Complex includes a game room, snack bar, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and fitness center.

This gated community prioritizes safety with full-time security and offers 2 parking spaces for your convenience.

What a wonderful vacation! Our condo was immaculate with a beautiful view of the ocean. The sound of the waves crashing ashore was so relaxing. Beach access is just a few steps away and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises in the morning.
