The house is very spacious and comfortable. The house is well equipped everything you need. Car parking is at the rear of the property but only a short walk to the front door. I would recommend.

A beautifully appointed house, which was cosy and inviting. The accommodation served my purpose being conveniently located to explore the Yorkshire Coast from Flamborough Head to Redcar. I can fully recommend staying here, and there was easy communication with the owners - Anthony and Jane. There was a lovely welcoming array of goodies on the dining table, which was very thoughtful!

Pleasant little house to explore Cleveland from.

Stayed here for our recent trip with our dogs to explore the nearby beaches and it satisfied our needs. About a 20/30 min drive from Saltburn/Whitby etc and in a quiet village. The house itself was fine, clean and well equipped with a blend of modcons and a bit olde worlde too, the bedrooms were spacious and , the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and spare bedding if needed. Our only minor issue was a lack of decent sitting space in the smallish lounge, one 2-seater sofa (which was very comfy) a little rocking chair and a small cane table with 2 very small chairs made it quite hard for us all to chill in there on an evening as we were out walking and exploring all day and found it hard to relax as a family due to this, it didn't spoil our stay though and was glad we found it as it really did tick all our boxes for a couple of days and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or consider it again if we plan on being up that area of the world in the future. Thank You
