Paradise Village no identifica con precisión las características de cada apartamento.

Contrato estancia en apartamento para 6 personas, dando por supuesto que existen 3 habitaciones (el precio es de 1670 euros)
La realidad es que son dos habitaciones
1.cama matrimonio
1 cama nido con colchón en el suelo
1 sofa cama
Puedo asumir error de no preguntar la distribución de la casa de una manera mas precisa.
A la llegada nos encontramos con un apartamento sucio, con arena en las sillas, útiles de limpieza sucios en la cocina...hecho que ponemos en conocimiento de inmediato.
En el cuarto de la cama nido, la persiana esta rota. El arreglo se produce el 7 dia de estancia.
La comunicación con la persona de la agencia(siempre por WhatsApp) no es fluida y evita asumir la responsabilidad de la agencia. No estan orientados a la satisfacción del cliente.
Por último cobran el uso del wifi. En 2024 te hacen sentir en 2004. Dificil de entender.
Te solicitan fianza de 300 euros que no devuelven a la salida. El plazo de devolución es de 7 a 10 dias posteriores a dejar el apartamento.
El apartamento en el resto de cuestiones esta bien distribuido, salón, baños bien , una estupenda terraza y calidad de aire acondicionado .
Me han solicitado opinión sobre la propiedad de Peter ( propietario al que no conocemos)y así lo hago, entendido que mal gestionada por UNIVERSAL HOLIDAY.
