Luxury villa with three bedrooms, incredible views and private pool: This modern style 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with infinity pool is amazing. It is set on a south west facing plot, so it can enjoy sun all day and the wonderful views to the sea, the mountains and even the beach front and the Moorish castle of Salobrena, which are illuminated at night. The villa will have a built size of 286 m2.
The villa has been built on 3 levels. The entry level of the villa is actually the middle level of the villa. On that level, there are 2, good sized, bedrooms, both in excess of 20 m2. Each of the bedrooms has a stunning view, a private terrace and an en suite bathroom. You can even enjoy the sea views from the shower and bath tub! One of these bedrooms has a built-in wardrobe and the other has a walk-in wardrobe.
The upper level of the villa contains the master bedroom suite, which has 2 terraces. One of more than 8 m2 and another of 38 m2. The views from here are just breathtaking. There is a wall to wall wardrobe and the en suite bathroom features double sinks, a bathtub and a separate shower. Just as in the other bedrooms, you can even enjoy the amazing views from the bathrooms.
The lowest level of the villa contains the open plan living area of 87 m2, which is in the shape of a wide ´V´. This form is very convenient since one side has the kitchen and dining area and the other side has the sitting room. Both spaces open onto the pool terrace so you can enjoy views over the infinity pool to the sea and beyond, and you can also move easily from inside to outside so you can take advantage of the wonderful climate of the Costa Tropical that enables outdoor living all year long. There is also a guest toilet and a utility room on this level.
This villa has hot and cold air conditioning, secure parking and quality finishes, windows and doors. It has been built by an experienced company that has been building luxury villas in this area since 2001 and which is specialised in contemporary villas that maximise the views and are a delight to live in.
This modern villa is located on a very special, well maintained, hillside community comprised of houses all with individual designs. The community has a tennis court, communal pool, children´s pool and football pitch. The beach and the town of Salobrena are less than a 10 minute drive away, as well as the nearest golf course. It is just 25 minutes to Nerja, 45 to Granada, 1 hour and 10 minutes to Malaga airport and less than 1.5 hours to the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada. The location is absolutely ideal.

Erholsame Tage in der Vorweihnachtszeit
Die Villa hat eine tolle Lage oben am Berg mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Villa ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern.Auf dem Grundstück gibt es diverse möbelierte Terrassen mit Grünplanzen. Es steht ein Weber-Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, aber unbedingt Spülmaschinen-Tabs mitbringen. Wer gerne Nepressokaffee trinkt, sollte sich auch entsprechende Kapseln mitnehmen.

Great villa with some minor opportunities
The villa is great and fully keeps up with the promisses on the pictures.
Some minor shortcomings, maybe because we have been the first renters for this season... there was no basic equipment like salt, pepper, wipes, dishwasher tabs, etc.
But we very much enjoyed the stay and the Grande Villa Team was outstanding, super flexible and supportive. Thanks for a great stay with the family!!!!

Supermodernes Haus, gigantische Aussicht, toller Infinity Pool
Das moderne und hochwertige Haus besticht mit 3 großen Schlafzimmer mit jeweils großem und luxuriösen Bad. Der Wohn/Kochbereich perfekt. Auch die Heizung funktioniert tadellos. Die Terrasse im Obergeschoss ist arabisch gestaltet und man hat dort den besten Ausblick und ist etwas geschützter vor Blicken aus der Nachbarschaft. Der Ausblick gigantisch. Einziger Nachteil: die Nachbarhäuser direkt daneben, das linke Haus behindert die freie Aussicht, man ist nirgendwo uneinsehbar. Manche Häuser in der Nachbarschaft beschallen gerne die ganze Umgebung, aber mit Carlos Hilfe konnte wieder Ruhe einkehren.
