The cottage is located in a quiet rural area, within a 10 minute drive from the bastide town of Monflanquin. From the patio and from the large heated swimming pool (5 x 14 m) you can enjoy beautiful views of the large garden and the rolling hills. You'll be struck by the absolute tranquility and the beautiful nightskies. If you like hiking and cycling, step out the door and go ahead. Within a 30 minute drive, you can go canoeing on or swimming in the Lot, play golf, visit lovely bastide towns with their markets and choose from a number of fine restaurants in the surrounding area.

You may be sharing the pool with other guests, as a second gite was added to the property in 2025. This 2 bedroom gite, adjacent to the pool, sleeps 4 to 5 people. On the patio of your gite though you will have full privacy, as it is located at the other side of the property.

Little piece of serenity

Fantastic adult get away. Peace and quiet in delightful surroundings. Pool was as fabulous as the pictures looked and very well maintained. Property pictures didn’t really do it justice. Fantastic adaptation to an old building. light, airy and cool. Stunningly situated in the French countryside with loads of places to visit. Highly recommended. Excellent communication with owners and manager.
