Beautiful holiday apartment in Salles d'Aude, in a spacious and bright single-storey villa with private swimming pool and spacious, enclosed grounds with no neighbours.

This villa is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. You will have 4 bedrooms, including a master suite, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a spacious living room and a pleasant shaded terrace where you can enjoy your meals and the delights of the local gastronomy.

Tolles Haus mit schnell behebbaren kleinen Mängeln

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes und geräumiges Haus mit Pool. Wir würden das Haus auch wieder buchen. Obwohl es leider einiges zu kritisieren gab. Die Kritikpunkte sind aber schnell abzustellen. Es müsste lediglich mal ein Handwerker durch das Haus gehen. Ein WC Sitz war lose. Die Klimaanlage im großen Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht. Beide Tische im Außenbereich wackelten extrem. Tatsächlich ungeeignet zum Essen. Der überdachte Freisitz war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Ebenfalls war der Tisch und einer der beiden Grills nicht sauber.. Eine der beiden Toilette war bei unserer Ankunft noch sehr verschmutzt. (Der Bürstenkopf der WC-Bürste ist definitiv zu groß und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Dann kann diese Art der Verschmutzung nicht entstehen). Das Haus ist trotzdem zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Salles-d'Aude verbracht.

Tolles Haus

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Deutscher Schäferhund, haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Das Elternschlafzimmer mit der Dusche ist wunderschön, die Küche modern, das Sofa bequem. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und ist angenehm ruhig, man bemerkt sie kaum. Dabei kühlt sie innert kürzerster Zeit runter. Das Haus selbst ist am Rande von Salles 'Aude gelegen, kein Verkehr, kaum andere Passanten, herrlich ruhig. Der Aussenpool ist leicht geheizt, so dass es draussen auch mal weniger warm sein kann und der Sprung ins kühle Nass trotzdem sehr erfrischend ist. Die Spaziergänge rund um das Haus mit dem Hund lässt leider keine grosse Auswahl (was auch nur ein kleiner Abzug geben würde). Da unser Hund älter ist, war es kein Problem. Mit einem noch sehr aktiven Hund können die Spaziergänge schnell langweilig werden. Jedoch kann man in der näheren Umgebung wie im Massife de Clape stundenlange Wanderungen unternehmen. Es war für uns sicher nicht der letzte Besuch in diesem tollen Haus
