"We stayed 5 nights. The room & staff were very nice. There were many dogs in the parking area, normally not a problem but the alpha dog of which would run up to the car a couple different days when we tried to drive out making it rather difficult to get out as we did not want to run it over. Not that this is the hotel's responsibility, just a struggle to figure out how to get out with only one exit."

"Staff was friendly, location close to the train station and not far from the zocalo Room itself had an ok size. However the integrated bathroom was not super great Shower and wall very low, which wasn’t pleasant as a tall person. And no warm water available. Which I at least didn’t see mentioned in the ad. "
