This roomy, 1 bed 1 bath condo has a full kitchen, private outdoor patio space with seating and a grill. Also, there is a dedicated, off street parking space 1 block away. The unit has access from both F st through the garden or a private entrance from the alley between F and E st. New smart TV, New King Bed and Desk for remote work. Full access to the studio, Only 3 units on property! the back yard is a shared area with another vacation rental in the front of the property and full time residents next door.
