All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund, 15 days prior 50% refund, 15 or less, no refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

This townhome is beautiful and within walking distance to historic downtown Salida. It was very comfortable for two families of four, well stocked, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The attached two stall garage was very convenient. We will definitely book this townhome the next time we visit Salida.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a newer property that is nicely outfitted with plenty of space for all of us (2 kids and 3 adults). It's a nice walk - or a quick bike ride - to F Street. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful new townhome in downtown Salida, walking distance to all the town has to offer. Close to great hiking, shopping and eating. The townhome is very clean, very tastefully decorated and is stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. This place is amazing and I'll definitely come back. The townhome is a recent build that provides enough space for a family or group of friends. There is a rooftop deck that provides 360 views of the mountains. It's also conveniently located for a short walk to downtown. If you're planning a trip to Salida, stay here.

This condo was the nicest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. It looked brand new, was beautifully decorated, and was stocked with plenty of products. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The rooftop deck was fun, beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were amazing. Just a few blocks from town. Lots of communication from rental company. Already planning to book again for our trip next year! Highly recommend.

My family and i absolutely loved this space and voted it our best ever. We'll definitely be back. Lovely open spaces, comfortable living room furniture and very comfy beds. The kitchen is well equipped and also has a good-sized pantry. Both primary bedrooms are en suite. Hall bath for 2 other bedrooms. Gorgeous snow-covered mountain view and a short walk to downtown. Highly recommend!!!
