Had exactly what i needed for my stay: Great Location Nice Comfortable Bed Nice compact shower Wasn't expecting anything else & it had everything i expected. Staff were friendly when checking in. Due to close by tram line, it can be somewhat noisy at times but its not all the time so you should be fine all things considered. Overall good value for money, next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be staying here again.

Parking easy and secure. Only a few spaces left at 830pm, but forewarned it wasn't guaranteed, so grateful to find a space. Great budget hotel. No frills, very comfortable beds and perfect for, in our case, a quick stopover for a uni visit. Also very friendly and helpful staff.
