Joke place - Please don't visit. My girlfriend and I had 5 nights at 360 Hospitality. First night we arrived at 21:00, to our surprise, wasn't there any towels or toilet paper. After contacting the owner, who responded with "the cleaning forgot it. U will get it the next day", we told we needed it now. after that we were told that we would receive it within 30 min, but we received it at 00:00.... The place or our rooms wasn't getting cleaned at all through the 5 nights. It was only after I send a disgusting picture of the garbage cans in the shared living room, that there came someone to remove it. It was the same with the toilet paper, we where allowed 2 roles for the 5 nights, and where not allow more, even though we asked almost every single day (other residents experienced the same.. It was very hard to get in contact with the owner. I needed to send 2-3 text with a follow up "??" before I received and "OK" massage. Really bad experience, horrible service.

Never again!

I am a retired person with bad knees. The lift was “out of service” for 3 of the 4 days. Carrying a 20kg suitcase up to the 3rd floor and down again was no fun. Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be broken on the window side. Never again!

Defektes Bett. Matratze viel zu weich und durchgelegen. Trotz unserer Anfrage keine getrennte Bettdecke erhalten. Drei Latten waren durchgebrochen, haben wir repariert. Völlig verdreckte Küche. Sehr positiv: sehr gute innerstädtische ruhige Lage in der Fußgängerzone.

Great location, 10min walk from the train station and just off a busy street full of restaurants and shops. The only disappointing thing was the washroom. The shower stall leaks water onto the floor when you shower. Seems to have been an on-going issue as parts of the floor were water stained already. I notified the front desk representative but nothing was really done. We had to use towels to try to contain the water but the floor still got soaked nonetheless. Everything else about this place was great, especially the included breakfast and the cleaniness of the rooms.

Dodgy hotel, be wary.

Be wary when booking this hotel. When we arrived there was no one to greet us, which lead to us waiting outside for 30 minutes until the door was opened ‘remotely’. Once inside, the place looks like it’s been built in a hurry and seemingly none of the corridor lights worked. In the room, we were not provided with any toilet paper so had to go foraging in a service cupboard to find some, nor did the safe work with it seemingly being locked shut. Upon questioning (over WhatsApp) we were told to not worry about it, but there was no where else for us to keep passports etc. not very comforting when the place has a dodgy feel to it from the outset... Furthermore, our so called ‘courtyard view’ consisted of literally a brick wall, meaning we got very little natural light into our room. Whilst not happening to us, one of the other rooms’ door handle fell off during their stay, fortunately there was the one member of staff on hand (only in the morning) to fix this, but I fear had it happened any other time of day they would have been stranded. Breakfast was a mishmash of seemingly whatever was on sale at the supermarket that week and served by an unenthusiastic host who spoke little to no English. In short, don’t stay here unless you literally have no other choice!
