Okay room when you get there, but shocking access

This outfit has several hostals in Salamanca centre. They sent me to a different one from what I had booked. Also thevreception was in a different one again, lots of walking to and fro. And reception open only 5-9 pm . And if you don't have them on WhatsApp you cannot get your entry codes ...

Poor communications about self check-in

The self check-in is complicated and requires them to send you a bunch of messages from an unpublished number. They sent mine to the wrong number. When I called to correct the problem, I was told over and over again that I had received the messages and then was hung up on. I had to sort the problem on my own. What a waste of time. The place is okay for the price, just basic. But expect to be wasting a lot of time on check-in.

Just a horrible experience with check in that tainted the whole trip. The receptionist did not email any instruction on how to check in at all. When I arrived at the hostel, the door bell button is physically broken (for a while) so I couldn’t even ring the bell. There was no one inside. There was only a sign to call a number or email. I called them and I said I was outside and apparently they wouldn’t let anyone in unless I send a picture of my passport to a WhatsApp number which seems VERY sketchy. The lady hung up on me and then ignore the next 5 calls I called back on. I then had no choice but to email a photo of my passport. No response. And finally when someone else who lives in the building led me inside, I realized there wasn’t even a receptionist inside, and that their office is an 8 min walk away. Finally I just decided to walk over there and get this sorted out after zero response. The receptionist was super rude but I sucked it up because i was traveling for 3 hours already and wanted to rest. The room itself smelled like smoke. It is VERY small. The toilet seat can’t even go all the way up. The towels were very stained. Ugh please avoid.

Comme déjà signalé, l'hôtel mérite une rénovation. Les dessus de lit propres mais tâchés et brûlés par des cigarettes, c'est plus que moyen. Le tabouret qui fait office de table de nuit est aussi tt brûlé par des cigarettes.... sinon l'emplacement est génial, proche de tout. Hôtel pas du tout insonorisé. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine.

De las peores experiencias de nuestra vida. Empezando por la habitación, la cual estaba sucia, la pared llena de moho, y las sábanas sucias y con pelo de a saber quién. Y, lo peor, la puerta estaba con la cerradura medio para caerse y en la primera noche intentaron entrarnos, de verdad, horrible, increíble que tenga que contar el miedo que pasamos. Y el último día subió la dueña a preguntarnos si nos habíamos duchado, porque abajo había humedades, con toda su poca vergüenza, que mire primero la pared que teníamos en la habitación antes de hablar de humedades. Ojalá les cierren el timo que tienen montado.

Deja mucho que desear

Siendo sinceros por el precio mas o menos sabia lo que me iva a encontrarme y yo no suelo ser puntilloso pero que tuviera que dormir con la puerta abierta que a la vez es la del alojamiento y la habitación estuviera abierta por el estado nefasto en el que se encontarba, pues la verdad no descansé nada. No se si en las demas habitaciones les ocurriria lo mismo pero vamos, llebaba aparatos muy caros porque tenia que hacer un vaije al dia siguiente y a parte de estar con el miedo a que lo robaran porque literalmente, la puerta no cerraba, por la noche tuve que poner una de las camas haciendo presion sobre la puerta porque no me fiaba, el resto bien, pagas por lo que ves, pero en este caso, creo que son cosas que tendrian que estar al dia del mantenimiento y por lo tanto habiendome dedicado siempre a los hoteles me parece algo inadmisible, reitero, los descolchones de las paredes y tal ningun problema, es mas bien la inseguridad que me provocó, de repetir no sabria decir pero probablemente no, y no saque foto que estuve a punto pero estaba con tantas ganas de salir de alli que se me olvidó francamente

Es horrible como olía a humo toda la habitación un olor asqueroso, de casi no poder respirar incluso con la ventana abierta horrible. Las camas de 90 cuando seleccione por vuestra página matrimonio, exclusivamente matrimonio. Fatal la verdad no volvería a repetir

Apestido, sucio y al estilo mafioso

La hab huele a cloaca y el pasillo a comida y a tabaco. Me quejé 3 minutos después de reservar y obtener el código de entrada y pedí la devolución. Me la negaron y quien al teléfono decía que no había recepción, se presentó fingiendo ser otra persona, quitó la llave de la habitación y la guardó,. Además, borró el código de entrada enviado por WhatsApp para que no pudiera volver, y me bloquearon el teléfono y el WhatsApp. Tuve que llamar a la policía porque ni me devolvían el dinero ni me dejaban entrar..El hotel Santel San Marcos también es suyo.

LAMENTABLE, NO LO RECOMIENDO

LAMENTABLE! no se lo recomendamos a absolutamente nadie, primeramente el trato del personal que se encarga del alojamiento es absolutamente inapropiado, segundo tal y como mostramos en las imágenes que publicamos en esta reseña este fue el estado en el que nos encontramos la habitación, sin posibilidades de cancelar, ni reclamar a nadie ya que no hay recepción física en el hostal. Llegamos de noche y tuvimos que dormir sobre dos toallas que gracias a Dios nosotros llevamos, porque nos encontramos con la ropa de cama usada y sucia, llena de pelos, al quitarla los colchones eran propios de haberlos recogido de la basura, en el baño el moho de la suciedad salía por todas partes y las cortinas de la bañera se podían mantener de pie solas de la suciedad acumulada que tenían, entre otras muchas cosas. La respuesta del personal que se encarga del hostal ha sido que "tomarían nota de nuestra queja" y que les estábamos faltando el respeto por decirle que nos sentíamos "estafados" por cobrarnos una habitación en ese estado cuando las imágenes con las que venden su estancia son otras completamente.
