First hotel experience on saipan

The room Ian clean and tidy, housekeeping work is quite good and the operation team keeps the property in good condition. However the location is really far from town and no shuttle to the town which is really very inconvenient.

The location was in a quiet area and conveniently close for military retirees or active duty personnel to access the military minimart. A restaurant is located inside the hotel which serves favorite local and Asian food.

Stayed 3 nights, exceeded expectations.

The rooms are affordable, new, clean and comfortable, and even provide L’Occitane-branded shower gels and shampoos. The Hotel Manager is super helpful and courteous, and her philosophy of providing as much as possible to her customers at a better price is truly heartwarming to experience. The hotel is situated on Middle Road, which is a slight distance from the nearest restaurants and Garapan’s CBD (DFS is 800m away by foot), but there is a 24hr supermarket 200m away. The location is convenient for transportation as it’s on the main thoroughfare road, and very easy to access for both tour groups, or even driving and renting a car as they have parking facilities. We went to 3 different group activities during this time: A tour of the North, a day of scuba diving at Lau Lau, and a day of parasailing and snorkeling at Managaha Island, and this was an ideal location for pick-up/drop offs for group activities. Saipan had been badly affected by a typhoon prior to our stay, and the effects and remnants are still felt everywhere. As such, it’s hard to hire staff, and the restaurant and spa facilities here were both closed. The TV channels were all unavailable, but that didn’t impact us as we brought our Apple TV and streamed our favorite shows and live NBA games. The broadband did disconnect from time-to-time on our devices, but that didn’t impact our experience. It doesn’t have a lift, which is the only real inconvenience.

Awesome remodel!

Ups and downs, but mostly ups! It's geared towards the Japanese traveler, so expect limited coffee perks. For example, there were two packets of coffee and 8 packets of tea. The cups were about 5 oz big - so if you make your own Starbucks Via, for example, it's SUPER strong and there are no cream and sugar packets! There was a super cute tea set with tea pot and 6- 4oz cups on the main table. There is a mini fridge and kettle, but no microwave. No utensils either (i.e. if you're an oatmeal maker like myself, bring a spoon and bowl in your luggage). There is a microwave and what looks like restaurant cutlery and plates/bowls downstairs though. The bed and pillows were fabulous! Wish they had mounted the headboard to the wall - if the bed moves at all (it's on wheels on a solid surface!), the headboard comes away from the wall. But the headboard is pretty! The bathroom is updated and clean. The towels are quite nice. The shower is huge and clean and well-tiled. The flooring and cabinetry and sofa were great, as was the lighting. Expect a longer than normal checkout. They actually go to your room to count towels and make sure you didn't destroy the room before letting you leave. So, add 10 mins to your checkout time. Hopefully they change this policy before my next stay.

Hair on the floor

I checked in about 8:00 pm or later, when I got in the room I noticed a very nasty throw rug with lots of dog hair or human hair on it. I checked in 5 min very nasty place. I should have took pictures and post them on Fb. They offered me another room but would u stay there if u saw that crap on the floor that late at night? I’m wondering do they clean the beds?

Paradise Hotel in Saipan

Room was spacious, but needed vacuuming. Bed was very good. Shower nozzle was a hand held device and the holder made the water stream shoot too high, so made it hard to hold and shower at the same time. Staff was awesome, and the free breakfast was good for this type hotel. The cable was out on the TV so it was useless.

사이판 최악의 호텔

짱깨자본들어간 전형적인호텔 시설은 리모델링한지얼마 안되서 좋으나 청소를 안했는지 카펫에 먼지랑 머리카락이 덕지덕지 붙어있음 또 리셉션직원 중 여자중국인 직원 매우 불친절함 그리고 마지막으로 체크인할때 보증금 200불 결제하고 체크아웃할때 환불해줘야됐는데 안해준 바람에 공항 렌트카직원이 전화해서 해결해줌(이마저도 10일이후에나 환불이 된다함)

솔직하면 다쳐요?

코멘트를 하고싶은 생각이 없어요. 머무는 중에 호텔 카펫트가 지저분해서 솔직한 후기를 썼더니 뭐가 더러우냐는등 약간 실랑이가 있었어요. 바퀴벌레가 보여서 기분이 상했고 농약냄새가 무척 강해서 문을 열고 잤어요. 머무는 중에는 후기를 쓰지말길 권합니다.
