Family time

We were looking for a villa that would accommodate us all, had a heated pool and was within walkable distance of the town. We know Sainte Maxime well so knew this would suit us perfectly. Villa Plein Sud did not disappoint. It is well appointed and comfortable. For us, the addition of a proper shower over the bath upstairs would be beneficial for easier use. We had a lovely holiday and would book again.

Just as good second time around

This was our second stay and the villa didnt disappoint. As a couple we love the inside and outside space, the garage to keep our e bikes safe, and the location close to Ste Maxime centre - we have returned home fitter again after walking the steep hill every day.

Lovely Villa in a perfect location

Villa very well equipped, great space and layout with a beautiful outside area for eating and chilling. Pool was great, with a wide step for sitting and keeping cool. Villa in a very quiet location but still just 10 mins to beach in St Maxime and relatively easy to get to other beaches. Note that traffic is very busy in August on the coast road, particularly towards St Tropez. Would highly recommend this villa and area.

Wonderful stay

The villa was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We have stayed in Sainte Maxine a number of times, and although the location doesnt have a view like other properties we have rented, it is quiet yet close to the town and beach, but be prepared for a steep walk back. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

La maison correspond bien à la description, néanmoins rien à proximité à moins de 25 minutes en marche rapide du centre de Sainte Maxime. Piscine bien chauffée et les petits enfants en ont profités extérieurs et jardin très agréables. Très au calme.

Ein wundervolles Haus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Saint Maxime sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr schön und es war bei unserer Ankunft ausserordentlich sauber. Im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche leckerer Rose und der Empfang war herzlich!Ganz besonders schön ist der Poolbeteich mit dem großen beheizten Pool und dem gepflegten und wunderschönen Garten! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und man hat alles, was man braucht..

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem sehr schönen Haus sehr genossen. Der beheizte Pool war wirklich ein Highlight. Lediglich die sehr weichen Betten haben uns etwas Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Aber das heißt wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Huis was zeer netjes, Ook fijne airco. Veel in zwembad gezwommen. Het is wel een stijle klim van Sainte Maxime naar het huis. Maar verder genoten van het verblijf.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren drei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Neben den vielen Annehmlichkeiten, die das Haus bietet, ist der Pool besonders hervorzuheben. Er hat immer 28°C und wird zwei Mal in der Woche von einem Pool-Service gereinigt. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Wohngebietes und bietet daher wenig Infrastruktur in Sachen Restaurants und Bars. Für Einkäufe haben wir ebenfalls immer das Auto benutzt. Auch die Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund gestalteten sich schwierig, da es keine Grünflächen in der Nähe gibt. Wenn man auf hohem Niveau etwas bemängeln wollte: wir hätten uns zumindest an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmer Fliegengitter gewünscht, diese waren jetzt im Juni doch sehr lästig.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec notre famille. Villa confortable la piscine était chauffée à notre arrivée pour la grande joie de nos petites filles. La plancha a beaucoup été utilisée . Nous étions assez près de la plage et ville. Très bel endroit.

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, nicht besonders groß, aber sehr zum Wohlfühlen, insbesondere durch den großen Ess-/Wohnzimmerbereich, der über einen Deckendurchbruch bis zum Dach verfügt und daher sehr groß und einladend wirkt. Sehr schöne und gelungene Architektur des Objektes. da das Schwimmbad voran gelagert ist und die Garage im Keller des Hauses platziert ist, die man über einen Weg am vorbei erreicht. Das hat schon etwas Luxuscharakter. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, es fahren keine Autos (viellleicht 3-4 am Tag), die Stadt ist schnell zu erreichen. Lediglich sind die Ausgehmöglichkeiten für den Hundespaziergang nicht so perfekt. Da müsste man eigentlich ins Auto steigen und in einen der nahegelegenen Pinienwälder fahren. Sehr schöne Gegend um Ste Maxime, mit einigen original südfranzösischen Dörfern in der Umgebung, sehr gute Restaurants, Konditoreien und Bäckereien...Was könnte man anderes erwarten von Frankreich? Ein großer dicker Smiley insgesamt, sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichen und immer sehr schnell reagierenden Vermietern. (Bei uns war einmal abrupt die Wassertemperatur im Schwimmbad stark abgefallen... Hausmeisteragentur und Vermieter haben noch am gleichen Tag reagiert, und das noch an einem Sonntag... Chapeau!!). Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, zumal wir schon oft in Ste Maxime waren, aber zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus. Grüezi, Christof (Mülheim a. d. Ruhr)
