A very beautiful villa in the heart of a 3000m2 garden with Mediterranean species.
Spaces to relax in absolute calm. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a secure area. With Nartelle beach less than 400m away, enjoy the seaside atmosphere and its atmospheric beach clubs.
You easily access the beach at the bottom of the estate via an underpass, no need to cross the road for families.
With its 4 double bedrooms and a dormitory, its 5 bathrooms and its 5 toilets, the house is perfect for 8 adults maximum and 4 children. it is suitable for families.
Very bright, it is functional with very comfortable spaces, in the living room, on the terrace around the swimming pool. Everything is done to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.
A deposit of €3000 will be required before entering the premises. New for 2025: a new kitchen and creation of an outdoor kitchen.

Revoir la sécurisation de la terrasse et du local piscine pour des enfants en bas âge WFi un peu faible pour ceux qui ont à travailler notemment dans les chambres même à l étage !!! Pieds des parasols sur la terrasse à renforcer une petite bourrasque a failli déstabiliser le parasol !!! Une pépite au cœur de la Nartelle

Nous avons adoré cette villa pour y passer nos vacances en famille. Jardin magnifique et piscine en mosaic exceptionnelle sans vis à vis. Un havre de paix. Intérieur très bien distribué, magnifique pièce de vie avec grande terrasse salon extérieur. Déco extrêmement soignée, cuisine très bien équipée, mobilier extérieur haut de gamme, literie, draps parfaits….le tout de très bon goût et neuf! Un peu de Clim dans les chambres serait un plus… Accès plage à pied et centre ville a quelques minutes en voitures. ! Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve et y reviendrons volontiers. Merci à Karine la propriétaire pour son sourire et sa disponibilité!!!

Ein Ferienhaus in dem man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt😍

Das Haus ist wunderschön, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an wirklich nichts um einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage des Hauses bietet absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Der Pool und Gartenalage ist aussergewöhnlich grosszügig und sehr ansprechend. Alle Möbel sind qualitativ hochwertig und sehr bequem. Die Gehdistanz zum Strand ist mit Kindern ideal und die Lage im Gesamtrahmen perfekt. Ruhig und doch ist man sehr schnell an allen Hotspots. Kleiner Nachteil, in Fussnähe gibt es absolut keine Einkaufmöglichkeit, hierfür benötigt man immer das Auto ( oder man lässt es sich liefern). Die Bäder und Küche des Hauses sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber absolut sauber und einwandfrei. Die Küche ist mit ALLEM was man sich wünschen kann perfekt ausgestattet um unkompliziert zu kochen, zu backen und zu grillen. Die Betten bieten einen hohen Schlafkomfort und im tollen Kinderzimmer finden Kleinkinder eine grosse Auswahl an Spielsachen. Im Aussenbereich gibt es verschiedene Sitzplätze, die je nach Tageszeit Schatten spenden, um an heissen Sommertagen das Leben draussen zu geniessen. Wer das Haus mit Kleinkindern nutzen möchte sollte wissen, dass es auf der grossen Terrasse vom Wohnzimmer aus eine ca. 40cm hohe Mauer hat, die nicht gesichert ist. Von dort geht es knapp 3 Meter in die Tiefe. Kinder würde ich in diesem Bereich niemals unbeaufsichtigt lassen, was aber die Weiterempfehlung dieses Urlaubsparadieses in keiner Weise mindert. Vor Ort ist es noch schöner und geräumiger als die Fotos erahnen lassen und wir waren von der ersten Sekunde begeistert und kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder. Danke an Karine und ihre Familie für die unvergesslichen zwei Wochen, wir können das Haus in allen Punkten weiterempfehlen!
