On site, you will enjoy the patio with its landscaped layout, where you can relax in the shade and in complete privacy! 90m² house, on the ground floor beautiful bright living room of 45m² with a fully equipped kitchen area, 1 separate toilet, large cellar. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.60m double bed and a 4m² dressing room, and the other with 2 0.80m double beds, which join together to make a double bed. 160, a shower room. 1 independent wc. Electric heating/silent reversible air conditioning. Outside, a pretty patio of 35m² and an enclosed garden of 35m². Baby equipment available.
