Housed in a Gironde house, an old 20th century building, this cottage was completely restored in 2019 to bring you a very good level of comfort. It retains its old soul with its antique furniture. To enjoy the outdoor setting, you will have a large south-facing terrace with summer kitchen overlooking a garden of ornamental and aromatic plants. The interior consists of a large living room divided into two areas: a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a large TV lounge, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, an additional bed in the living room (90cm bed and 2-seater sofa bed, separable with a screen), a mezzanine (1.50m) with a single bed (90cm) with a "child" barrier at the bottom of the ladder / staircase and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet. The cottage is adjoining the owners' home and another home, it has an alarm (deposit for the remote control of €80). Underfloor heating (heat pump) included in the price.
