Our stay did not get of to a good start. No information was provided upon arrival about the house, how things work, or practical details. We had to figure out everything by over self. The house was dirty when we arrived. We contacted the owner, and it was cleaned that same day.Poorly equipped kitchen â missing essentials like corkscrew, large cooking knives, and electric kettle etc Everything had to be washed before use.Cracked stovetop with visible electrical wiring underneath this felt unsafe.The outdoor area was littered with cigarette butts â it looked like it had been used as an ashtray.Air conditioning didnât work properly in the downstairs bedroom.Veranda door couldnât be locked â we were unable to secure it.No towels provided, even though they were supposed to be included. We had to pay 8 for used towels, which were dirty, had holes, and were clearly old.No washing machine or dishwasher â this should be standard in a property of this price and location.There were NO Wi-Fi or TV as advertised.
