Villa with spectacular sea views near Cannes - NEW ON HOMEAWAY

Idyllically located villa in quiet surroundings in closed domain on the French Riviera with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Enjoy the view and find your inner peace in the spectacular pool area with 12x6 m pool and bar kitchen. Villa Le Trayas Supérieur has a large garden with many idyllic areas. Meals can be enjoyed in the garden by the kitchen and outdoor fireplace with barbecue. La Figuerette sandy beach with cozy restaurants, bars and water sports in the bay below the villa (1.8 km).

POOL AREA
The pool area has an outdoor bar kitchen with fridge / freezer, ice maker, sink with hot water and gas stove.

1. STORY
An interior renovation of the villa was completed in July 2018.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom (not toilet), laundry room (2 washing machines and 2 dryers), dining area with round table (can be extended to an oval table) and kitchen with direct access to outdoor mosaic dining table by barbecue area in the garden. The kitchen is equipped with American fridge / freezer with ice cubes and filtered cold water, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

2. STORY
On the middle floor is the main entrance door in the glass veranda, one bedroom, bathroom with toilet and large living room with access to the balcony. The living room has various areas with seating areas, desks and a Samsung The Fram TV with cable TV and Apple TV. The living room has windows with lovely views of the sea and the garden.

3. STORY
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, both of which have access to the large balcony with panoramic sea views. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom (without toilet). The floor also has a main bathroom with large bath, shower and bidet. Toilet in separate room.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (two toilets) in the main house, two of which are on-suite bathrooms.

ANNEX
There are two bedrooms in an independent charming annex building in the garden. Both of these bedrooms have their own on-suite bathroom with shower (these bathrooms do not have a toilet).

ACCESS TO GUESTS
You will dispose of the entire property, including the main house, the annexe, the pool area and the garden.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There is air conditioning in all 6 bedrooms.

Poolman cleans the pool every Friday approx. at 10 o'clock.

Two gardeners perform 1 day routine maintenance of the garden every 14 days.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Thomass's home is located in Saint-Raphaël, Provence-Alps-Cote d Azur, France.
It is 1 km to the public beach in the bay below the villa, 1.8 km to La Figuerette beach with cozy restaurants and bars, 7 km to Théoule-sur-Mer, 11 km to Mandelieu-la-Napoule, 12 km to Agay 18 km to Cannes. 23 km to Saint-Raphaël, 43 km to Nice airport (43 minutes), 60 km to Saint-Tropez and 72 km to Monaco (1 hour).

GET THROUGH THE ROUND
The French coast can be explored by car, by train from Le Trayas train station (1.8 km from the villa) or by bus (Palmbus) from Miramar village / La Figueirette (1.8 km from the villa). In summer, there is passenger ferry La Figueirette - Théoule-sur-Mer - Mandelieu-la-Napoule - Cannes (1 hour each way).

Upon arrival / departure we also recommend car transfer service with Jamtransfer NICE AIRPORT - LE TRAYAS SUPERIEUR (meet & greet at the airport).

There is a downhill driveway / car park that is approx. 15 meters long (3 cars) and it is also possible to park 1 car in front of the gate by the road (gated domain).
