De woning mag eigenlijk geen villa genoemd worden en is oud, vies en heeft op verschillende plekken schimmel op de muren staan en bladdert de verf van de muren. Je gaat hier letterlijk 40 jaar terug in de tijd qua voorzieningen en afwerking. Omdat de woning niet wordt bewoond is er veel ongedierte in en rond de woning, zoals ratten en muizen en krioelt het van de insecten en mieren. Een verblijf hier in de zomer is bijna onmenselijk omdat het zo enorm warm wordt in de woning en die door het ontbreken van ventilatie ook niet meer uit het huis gaat. De eigenaar is blijkbaar nog aan het bouwen want het bouwbord ontvangt je bij aankomst op het hek. Het contact met de eigenaar is verder summier en weinig klantgericht. Makkelijk geld verdienen lijkt hier de insteek. Het enig pluspunt is het zwembad dat net af is en het uitzicht op de baai. Verder geen aanrader.
