The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a combination oven/microwave, and a 4-burner ceramic hob. One step leads to the shower room with a walk-in shower. Separate WC with laundry area (washing machine). There is one bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed. Covered terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Electric heating. Unfenced grounds. Baby equipment available on request and subject to availability: 1 travel cot.
Household linen, towels, sheets, electricity, and heating are included. End-of-stay cleaning: €40. In the heart of the Périgord Noir, the Gîtes du Soutou are located in the Périgord countryside, on the heights of a typical village with basic amenities (bakery/newsagent, pharmacy, mini-market). You can explore the many treasures of the local heritage (castles, fortified towns, gardens, caves, etc.) at your leisure, visit Sarlat, a medieval city with exceptional heritage just 29 km away, or enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, golf, canoeing, swimming in the Dordogne River, etc.).
