Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (two single beds 90x190cm), Bedroom 2 (one double bed 140x190cm), Bedroom 3 (two bunk beds 90x190cm). Baby equipment available. Electric heating is extra. Bed linen and towels are available for hire. Optional cleaning service (mandatory for companies). Private, unfenced grounds. Picnic table. Barbecue. Sun loungers. Parking. This former farmhouse is ideally located just back from the beaches of Jullouville and St Pair (7 km) and close to the port of Granville. The south-facing house overlooks a small, green valley with a stream flowing below (unfenced). This stream also marks the edge of your lawned garden. The garden, with its cherry trees, offers a lovely green and shady space. A marked hiking trail runs through the hamlet. A large covered area is located on the west gable end of the cottage. It is shared with the owners, who sometimes need access to it.
