- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and walk-in wardrobe

- A lovely enclosed garden of 353 m² with a storage room for your bikes
- A 15 m² terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Pierre-en-Port, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
Close to Étretat and Veules-les-Roses (listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France), there are several activities and sites to discover: the Palais de la Bénédictine, a treetop adventure park, jet-skiing, a leisure park, rail bikes, as well as walking routes such as the GR21 (Normandy coastline), the GR210 (In the Footsteps of the Chasse-Marée), and the GR2 (Along the Seine).
Explore the discovery walking trails, go sea fishing, visit the Maison des Croyances et Traditions Cauchoises, the fishing exhibits at the Fécamp Museum, and the Labyrinthe des Dalles.
Lake Caniel offers a wide range of activities: summer tobogganing, a water park, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (including an XXL version), pedalos, an inflatable village, as well as facilities such as a restaurant, a bowling alley and an indoor play area.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s garage. There is also a free public car park 150 metres away.

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. (The cleaning fee includes a shower mat, a bath towel, a hand towel, shower products and beds made on arrival)
