To rent our charming new house, all comfort of 75 m2, quiet in a small picturesque village on the island of Oléron for 4 people, including:
- living room with fitted kitchen area. and fitted (oven, microwave, dishwasher, bar, etc.) dining-living room area with TV, DVD player, TNT, as well as a BZ,
- 2 large bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes (140 cm beds, new bedding), baby bed, changing mat, baby bath and high chair, -
- bathroom with separate wc,
- 20m2 terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs, enclosed garden of 200m2 with trees.

La maison est super bien située. Elle est s vraiment au centre de l'ile. Elle est bien équipée. L'île est juste magnifique.C'est juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de wifi pour préparer les activités parce que le reseau mobile est saturé.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très mignonne maison qui est dans un très joli petit hameau a 10 min en voiture de la Cotiniere et 15 min a pied de la plage. L’arrivée et le départ ont été très simples et très sympathiques. Le petit jardin en gravier a beaucoup de charme et la terrasse tres agréable. Vue sur les vignes de la chambre des enfants. Parfait

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angnehm und die Betreuung vorort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre prima, den Weg zum Ferienhaus im Vorfeld genauer zu beschreiben.

Gîte agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte est très agréable et bien équipé, avec notamment ce qu'il faut de base pour un bébé, et toute la vaisselle appropriée pour cuisiner et manger sur place. L'espace extérieur est petit mais agréable. Le principal défaut est le manque d'équipements de première nécessité. Pas de draps et de linge de maison (serviettes, torchons, etc.). Et pas les produits de base dans la cuisine (sel, huile, produit vaisselle, etc.). C'est dommage.

Découverte de l'île d' OLERON

Charmante maison super bien équipée dans un petit village typique à mi-chemin entre le port La Cotiniere (2,5 km) et la ville de Saint Pierre (3km). La possession ou la location de vélos est un plus qui permet de découvrir l'île grâce à de nombreuses pistes cyclables. La situation de cette maison dans une impasse permet d'être au calme et de profiter au maximum de l'extérieur.

Hausausstattung und Lage sehr gut, sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Das Haus ist aber sehr schwierig zu finden. Ein Anfahrtsplan wäre hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefüllt.
