Très bon séjour d’une semaine début octobre avec une meteo très clémente. Nous avons donc pu profiter de la terrasse.Denis ainsi qu’Anne Sophie sur place ont su répondre rapidement à nos demandes.La maison n’est pas vu mer mais si proche (descente au sentier douanier et à la plage 2 maisons plus loin sur le même trottoir)Effectivement il est difficile de se garer à l’intérieur (pentu et étroit) mais possibilité de se garer à l’extérieur, La maison est très accueillante, très vacances, et correspond aux photos du site.

Quartier très agréable, très belle plage.

Malgré une météo un peu juste, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Saint Palais. La région est pleine de merveilles et d'excellents poissons. Attention toutefois, la plage est proche mais dangereuse à cause des rochers. Nous avons dû nous baigner ailleurs.

Nous reviendrons. Tout est facile, réservation pour trois nuits seulement, accueil adorable, emplacement extra pour des déjeuners sur la plage après avoir fait chauffer les plats à la maison deux minutes plus tôt, un calme appréciable pour faire une pause, petite ou grande. Maison très agréable à deux pas de l'océan

La proximité avec l'océan est un +++ ! on a apprécié pouvoir aller avec les enfants à pieds au bord de l'eau; en profiter sans devoir prendre la voiture est un grand bonus. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et propre. C'était un plaisir d'y être. La seule remarque serait pour la place de stationnement: l'allée derrière le portail est assez étroite ce qui rend les manoeuvres délicates et des voitures plus larges ne pourraient pas s'y garer (j'ai une opel Meriva, j'ai réussi à me garer de justesse). Mais en dehors de ce point là ( qui ne nous pas bloqués malgré tout), on a vraiment beaucoup aimé et on y reviendra avec plaisir à l'occasion. Très chouette emplacement!

Super location in beautiful area

It is a charming, detached holiday property in a great, peaceful location, just 2 minutes from a lovely beach and mid way between the town of St Palais and the wild beach, La Grande Cote. 15 minutes walk to either. The photos are accurate but maybe the place is bigger than you expect. It's not luxurious but has everything you could possible want for a holiday by the coast. Comfortable beds, very clean shower room and separate toilet, large salon/well equipped kitchen/dining area. The decked terrace is a good feature for BBQs and meals when the weather suits. It's not super comfortable or elegantly furnished but more than adequate for a holiday. Check in was very easy as was the check out. Private parking was good and despite other posts saying it was tight, we had no problem with a C Class Mercedes. While there we looked at other places for a return visit next year and concluded that we would book again. A good place to relax and take advantage of beautiful coastal walks and beaches.

Logement confortable et bien situé

Nous avons apprécié le confort du logement et surtout son emplacement à proximité de la mer. Nous avons eu un temps déplorable et n'avons donc pas pu profiter du charme de la côte. Il conviendrait d'apporter une solution pérenne pour le stationnement car l'accès n'est possible qu'à une voiture de petit gabarit à cause de la largeur. Peut être nous y reviendront en espérant de meilleures conditions climatiques.

Un superbe séjour ✨✨

Une halte reposante, bienfaisante et vivifiante à proximité immédiate de la mer et du sentier des douaniers ! Une maisonnette très agréable , conforme aux photos, bien équipée, dotée de la WiFi (impeccable) et une excellente literie et last but not least, d'une terrasse bordée d'arbres d'où emergeait le chant des oiseaux ! Rue très calme, stationnement aisé à proximité et le centre de Saint Palais à au plus 20mn à pieds, le vivier charentais à a peine 10mn toujours à pieds, et le superbe parcours de golf de Royan à 5 mn en voiture. Accueil très professionnel et attentif par Leah, que nous remercions de sa gentillesse et du soin qu'elle a mis à retrouver et à nous retourner en colissimo les clefs que nous avions malencontreusement oubliées sur place. Un acte manqué à coup sûr, tellement nous nous sommes plus là bas ! Un seul souhait : y retourner ✨✨

Break idéal à deux pas de la plage

Il était une fois , une famille qui souhaitait se ressourcer , se balader, prendre l'air et vivre autre chose que le quotidien et le télétravail... ils louerent cette petite maison en bord de plage avec ses volets rouges et eurent ce sentiment immédiat d'etre en vacances malgré les nombreuses contraintes qu ils avaient ( mois de février, couvre feu , bars et restaurants fermés). La plage, les carrelets et le chemin des douaniers etaient à deux pas, la location de velo à 15 minutes à pieds. La terrasse ensoleillee le midi et les nombreux équipements leur permirent de cuisiner ce dont ils avaient envie et la propreté et la deco des lieux de se sentir bien, comme chez eux, des grandes chambres et de nombreux rangements mais aussi la douche à l italienne. Le soir , à la tombée de la nuit et après avoir quitté le ciel orangé des carrelets juste en bas de la maison , ils jouaient aux jeux de société ou branchaient la hdmi et le chromecast pour jouer à Mario en famille. Mais toutes les bonnes choses ont une fin, la petite famille partit heureuse, bien reposée et chargée en bois flotté autant que de souvenirs .

Très belle location conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Rien à dire, c'est parfait, elle a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, c'est moderne, très propre et très bien équipé. Idéalement située, à 50 m à pied de la plage, c'est top! Le Wifi fonctionne très bien, c'est vraiment un plus. L'environnement est très calme et très joli, bref, nous avons passé une semaine hyper agréable, nous recommandons cette location et nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.
