Welcome to Gîte Axeri Xilo, your spacious 65 m² retreat set in absolute tranquility in Saint-Martin-d'Arrossa, at the heart of the Basque Country. Enjoy a large 30 m² covered terrace with mountain views, extending to a small garden with a barbecue. Cozy fleece blankets are provided so you can make the most of the terrace even when the temperature drops, while the outdoor string lights create a warm, inviting atmosphere.



This independent gîte offers an ideal layout. The bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200), separated from the living room by an open bookshelf. The living room includes a sofa bed (160x190) for children or visiting friends, a child’s bed (60x120), a baby bathtub, and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, perfect for remote work. The entire gîte and terrace are reserved exclusively for your use.



Motorcyclists benefit from a secure, enclosed garage—ideal for storing bikes after a day exploring on or off the road. For your comfort, the property is fitted with a Positive Input Ventilation system that continuously filters, tempers, and circulates fresh air (removing pollen and dust) to reduce humidity and stale air. Window screens add to your comfort.
