In a residence in the heights of Saint Martin with a view of the medieval village of Aiguéze, rental of new cottages with air conditioning.

The residence "Le château St Martin" of 4500 m2, includes a bowling alley, green areas, and terraces at the edge of a magnificent infinity pool (heated).

Located at the entrance of the Gorges de l'Ardèche tourist route (30 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc), 100m from the shops of the city center of St Martin d'Ardèche and 200m from the beach (Ardèche), the gîtes (over 30 m2) are composed of:
1 living room with flat screen TV and air conditioning
1 fully equipped kitchen
1 bathroom with walk-in shower
1 bedroom with closet and air conditioning
1 private terrace of 15 m2
(Maximum capacity 4 people per lodging).

Hi, we had a very nice stay at the gite. Everything was very clean, very helpfull owners. No negative thing to say. Maybe a remark. Please ensure to make the extra costs about end cleaning and linen/towels clear on this site. Also about the strap for the swimming pool, this was a bit annoying maybe choose for a more sustainable solution or a different approach to access the swimming pool. Small remark so nothing to worry about!! We had a very nice and pleasant stay with you and will recommand it to other people. Kind regards

Vacances château Saint Martin

Très bon séjour, logement bien équipé et très propre avec la climatisation qui est très appréciable. La résidence est calme et la piscine est assez grande pour tous les vacanciers. A moins de 10 minutes à pied de la rivière et à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville . À 5 minutes en voiture de saint -Just d'Ardèche où il y a un Intermarché de taille moyenne, à environ 30 minutes en voiture de Bollène où il y a un grand Leclerc avec galerie marchande et à environ 20 minutes de Pont Saint Esprit où il y a un Intermarché et un Lidl. Le logement est proche des gorges de l'Ardèche et de plusieures grottes à visiter. Je résume un très bon séjour à Saint -Martin d'Ardèche.

Appartement très propre, très bien agencé, suffisant pour une semaine de vacances. Piscine très agréable. Résidence calme et à côté du centre de SAINT-MARTIN d'Ardèche. Le propriétaire Mr ROQUES à été très accueillant avec nous à notre arrivée et disponible à tout moment. Merci à lui ! Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement pour les vacances.
