Netter Kleingarten mit gemähtem Gras, desolate Gartenmöbel , Blick vom Garten auf einen riesigen rechteckigen veralgten Fischteich mit kahler Umrahmung aber trotzdem Mückenquelle, Haus eng und im Kleingartenstil, Reichlich Abflussgeruch im Haus, Lüften wegen der Mücken problematisch, Musik-Club in unmittelbarer Nähe - mit Zwangsbeglückung der Umgebung
