F 5 located west of Reunion, 5 minutes from the lagoon of Saint-Leu, equipped for 8 people maximum. Ideal for holidays. Parking in a fenced yard accessible only to tenants of the house. Veranda facing the ocean (screen impregnable)
The villa is proposed as follows:
The main part consists of 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, kitchen, living room.
The suite of 36 m2 one heated room of 20 m2 with bathroom and separate toilet

- rental of the main part for 6 persons from 650 € / week depending on season.
- Rental throughout the villa to 950 € / week (main part + master bedroom) 8 people max. The rental of the suite can be independent of the main part. If a group rents the main part only, the master suite will be closed and will not be rented to other people.
The terrace has a view of the sea. If you're lucky you'll spot whales between August and October. Enjoy the salt swimming pool secured by a barrier and an alarm and the pool house to relax. The villa is accessed through the city center or the Route des Tamarins. Many activities are possible: beach and lagoon accessible to all, diving club, surfing, paragliding ... Museums: Stella Matutina, Kélonia, salt museum. Market showman on Saturday morning. hiking and horse trails.
