The apartment comprises
- A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Sleeping area: with a double bed (140×190), separated by a partition without doors
- A shower room with shower, WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 120 m² covered swimming pool (heated), open from April 1 to September 30, 9am to 8pm
- A 9 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.
