Très beau gîte bien placé

Un gîte à la fois très proche de Grenoble, et à la fois situé en pleine campagne entourée de montagnes avec de belles balades à pied alentour, et des randos dans la montagne à 10-20' de voiture. Le gîte lui-même est très confortable, spacieux, agréable, avec un grand jardin, et particulièrement bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et les procédures d'arrivée et de départ, simples. Excellent rapport qualité prix, je recommande!!

Loin d’être au calme …

Nous avons vécu une semaine d’enfer, entreprise au bout du jardin qui travaille le bois : Scie et tronçonneuse non stop du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 20h et le samedi matin. Impossible de prendre nos repas dehors ni même de profiter du jardin. Nous avons fui la maison le plus possible. L’annonce indiquait pourtant une situation au calme. Maison sale à l’arrivée (cuisine frigo, table à manger, SDB, sols avec même des éclats de verre) 2 heures de ménage après 9heures de route on s’en serait bien passé. Pour 1700€ la semaine les prestations ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur. Vacances gâchées !!!

Gezellig huis in een prachtige streek

Het ontvangst van de eigenaar was heel hartelijk en hij gaf veel info over het huis en de streek. Het huis zelf was goed uitgerust voor 2 families. De tuin was fantastisch. Groot en veel speelruimte voor de kindjes en gezellig om 's avonds onder de pergola na te genieten van de dag. Veel om te doen in de omgeving: fietstocht naar het zwembad in Entre-deux-Guiers is een aanrader, Mont de Revard, meer van Aiguebelette, stadje Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreusse, Saint-paul-

Excellent séjour

Maison très bien conçue pour recevoir une grande famille. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Proche des stations de ski. Un Intermarché à 10 minutes de la maison.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la maison était impeccable, il ne manque absolument rien dans cette maison pour passer un bon séjour. Le jardin grandiose est super agréable, notre fille à pu gambader et faire de la balançoire, la neige nous a fait une brève apparition c'était féérique. Nous avons pu faire quelques belles promenades et les commerces à proximité sont appréciables. Merci à Monsieur MARRET pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils. Si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances au calme nous vous conseillons cette propriété fort agréable.

Nous avons passé de très bons moments en famille dans un logement spacieux. Le plus, le garage avec la table de ping-pong pour des parties engagées et la cheminée pour réchauffer les soirées de fêtes.

Une grande maison dans un endroit charmant

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette très belle région. La maison est grande et le terrain est vaste pour des activités extérieures. La location est bien placée, vous atteignez facilement les sites touristiques. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et discret. Un bon souvenir!
