Nous avons réservé une grande maison avec un grand nombre de prestations. Si le propriétaire, qui habitait à proximité était réactif, un grand nombre de problèmes sont apparus dès notre arrivée :- Jacuzzi en panne pendant les 15 jours,- ménage très approximatif (verre, mégots, toilettes sales,...)- dépendance avec une chambre et SdE ouverte sur l'extérieur et comprenant un salon de coiffure pour la propriétaire qui s'y rendait avec des personnes inconnues,- Absence de Nespresso résolue,- Four MO cassé et remplacé 2 jours après,- certaines chaises de jardin cassées,- dalle d'entrée dans la piscine descellée, plaques en plastique cassées, pouvant occasionner des blessures,- nids de guêpes sur l'extérieur mais entrant dans une chambre située à l'étage, problème non résolu au bout des 15 jours malgré de nombreux rappels,- chambre du RDC prévue avec un lit 160 : le sommier était de 140 et le matelas de 160 cm.- le ventilateur sur pied d'une chambre à l'étage était non fonctionnel, remplacé,- salle de musculation : les agrès n'avaient pas de piles et ne pouvaient fonctionner correctement,Nous avons apprécié la maison, l'étang et la piscine, le four à pain et tout l'équipement de la maison (cuisine très bien équipée, 2 frigos congélateurs).Mais, nous pensions qu'il y a un manque d'adéquation entre la description (et donc le prix de la location) et la réalité des prestations réellement proposées.Le propriétaire n'est pas venu le jour de notre départ.
