Sky Hawk Ridge is a stunning place inside the cabin and out. We love the fully stocked kitchen, all we do is bring the cooking ingredients! Everything is clean and organized and the views are unmatched. We love exploring the trails on property and driving to surrounding area trails as well. The hosts are wonderful and extremely helpful! This was our second stay and we will be back.

Very private and wonderful stay. This is our 2nd time staying and we'll be back next year. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, with an amazing sunset view.

This is a great place! It’s so clean and well maintained, the beds are comfy and the house is very cozy. We had the best time floating the Buffalo and hanging out at Grinder’s Ferry. The kitchen is fully stocked so it’s very easy to prepare meals and stay in. Our favorite meal out was at the Skylark Cafe in Leslie. The brisket tacos were out of this world - a meal so good you don’t want it to end! The hosts are quick to respond to any question or request and super friendly. We loved it and would stay here again next time we visit.

Wonderful cabin in great location

We spent 5 wonderful days at Sky Hawk Ridge. The cabin is exactly as described, very clean, with lots of natural light and everything you may need during your stay. We started each day with coffee on the porch, listening to the birds, and ended it with a few rounds of horse shoes. The river at Grinder's Ferry was packed over the Fourth of July weekend, but we drove to Carver Campground and had it all to ourselves. The half-hour drive was well worth it. Overall, we had a great stay at Sky Hawk. Highly recommended.

Amazing Property

The property is amazing and secluded with a great view from the back porch. If you are planning on floating the Buffalo National river and don't want to be camping next to someone else, this place is for you!

We really enjoyed the property. Absolutely beautiful. I don’t normally sleep well when I travel but I slept like a rock. The house was very clean and peaceful. Had everything we could need and then some. We will stay there again when we float the buffalo.

Peaceful and Serene

I loved the seclusion! And, the landscape is beautiful! The cabin I stayed in was modern and well appointed with creature comforts. I was happy I could bring my dog with me. Donna, the property manager, was very attentive and answered her phone promptly when I had a question. I highly recommend Sky Hawk Ridge for your next Arkansas stay!!

Beautiful property

All around great experience. My wife, two young children and our dog spent a weekend at Sky Hawk. Property is beautiful and expansive. There are a handful of well-marked trails all over the property with variations of views and elevations. The house was new and spotless, with a kitchen stocked with quality cookware so we could cook all of our meals. We didn’t realize all the local restaurants close during the winter but luckily we brought plenty of food to cook. House has 2 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The river access is a couple miles away (all those details are in the welcome book). We will try to come back during spring or summer to take advantage of that.All around great place to relax, hike, and spend time with family. It’s heaven for dogs, too. .

From booking to checking out, Donna has always been so accommodating and kind to us. The property itself is just amazing, everything is gorgeous inside and out. Whether you want to unwind or be active, it is perfect for both. We plan to come back again and again.

Great property

We visited the Sky Hawk cabin with a family of four the weekend after Christmas. It was just as described - very clean and well equipped. There are other cabins on the property but plenty of distance between. We hiked through the trails on the property as well as down to the Buffalo river. This would be an even better spot during the floating season - super convenient to several outfitters.

Wonderful stay at this property. Small issue with a drain but property managers addressed it within short order. Donna and Ron are great people. I expect to return for another stay soon.

Amazing Thanksgiving Getaway!

Everything about this place was great! The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The property offers gorgeous views overlooking the valley and Ozarks; perfect for morning coffee and evening wine watching the sunset. Numerous hiking trails are right there on the vast property for exploring.

Nature and Comfort

One of our favorite stays! This modern cabin/farmhouse was beautifully decorated and supplied everything we needed for our time there. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. The property was full of views and a great spot for birdwatching and stargazing. We enjoyed hiking on property and right next to the Buffalo River and other hiking trails. We highly recommend and hope to come back

Absolutely perfect property

We had an absolutely amazing week-long stay and could not have asked for anything different. The house is very new and everything you might need is included down to a basket with dog treats, bowls, blankets, and towels. The large acreage property has miles of marked hiking trails. While there is no map, all trails loop back on themselves, so you can't get lost or accidentally veer off the property. We spent every morning hiking a few miles with our dogs feeling very private. There are multiple houses on the property, but they are all spaced far from each other, so you won't see the others. There are not a lot of restaurants or shops nearby, but we purchased food and made all our meals. The views are spectacular. The hosts were very easy to talk to and answered all our questions and more.

SkyHawk Compound!

What a wonderful place this is. Highly recommend this property for a couple or a large family. They have multiple listings on this property a large family could utilize for big gatherings. It’s secluded and spaced out well. Trails are a great touch. The river is minutes away to kayak/canoe/fish. The amenities within the house were top notch - from the grill to cooking hardware to dish-ware. All and all top notch experience! Lori and her team were VERY responsive. Definitely will be back.
